Just a thought on "Waiting"
Ray Waugh, Jr.
If you are like I am, you are always anxious to prepare the soil or to plant the seed. It seems to be a part of human nature to want to get something started.
In our lives, the lives of our friends, and loved ones, there are so many things, situations, hopes, desires, and personal characteristics which are in line with God's will.
Yes, many good things have been started. Yet, after the planting comes patience ….waiting for growth.
God said, "I AM"
God knows about plowing, planting, waiting, harvesting, and reserving seed for the next season.
We must trust Him to bring the fruit in His season.
We all experinece
cultivating kind of faith
"waiting for it to grow" kind of faith
harvesting kind of faith …
The writer of Hebrews says, "Whatsoever is not of faith is sin."
Let each of us be the kind of person who "casts all cares upon Him"
even our daily one
"for he personally cares for us."
