WARNING and INFORMATION  about forms

Entering Information

• ALWAYS press <enter> <enter> when making a list.

Idiosyncrasies of forms (if you can help get around them please let me know)

• You cannot save form results and submit later...
• you must fill-in form and submit in one session
• If you are unable to submit the entire assignment, submits the form multiple times.

You may go to the form, go off line, answer the questions, then go back on line and SUBMIT

• off line answer the question (do not turn computer off) and then go online and submit form

REMEMBER, make things easy for yourself

• DO NOT TYPE if you can copy and paste
• Write the answers in an editor then copy and past the answers into the form

ANOTHER OPTION is to write out your answer(s) in a work processor and then copy/paste into the submit form.
