LO<\/font><\/span><\/span>NG, LONG AGO Father<\/p>\n

    <\/font>planted a willow tree.
\n\tLONG AGO the neighborhood gang
\n\t    played and swung in the willow tree.<\/p>\n

Remember, those hours spent in your favorite
\n\t    tree house? We called ours a tree fort.
\n\tOh, you never swung from a tree
\n\t    and dreamed of far away places?<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

I remember a "big" granite rock
\n\t    that Jeff and I moved —
\n\tThe two of us were moving "Mount Everest."
\n\t     NOW, I can hold it over my head.<\/span><\/p>\n

I wonder how good those days
\n\t    really were?
\n\tWell, I remember blisters, skinned knees,
\n\t    mosquitoes, and "I've got<\/u> to go eat."<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Time seemed to be forgotten during
\n\t    those days before . . .
\n\tBefore there was NOW!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Ever trim an old willow tree
\n\t    twelve years after you built your
\n\t        "tree fort" in it?<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Your saw finds long forgotten (gutter) nails.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Our PRESENT is like the saw . . .
\n\tOur PRESENT is like sawing . . .<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Suddenly, brought to
\n\t    a momentary standstill,<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

We ponder and remember a
\n\t    memory long hidden yet ALIVE.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Remember, to thank the Lord when He
\n\t    reminds you of moments and people
\n\tLONG FORGOTTEN.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Pray for that person, or if they are gone,
\n\t    pray for the testimony they left behind.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
