3/4 Cup chopped onion
1 (16oz) can tomatoes, cut up
1 15 1/2 oz can red kidney beans
1/2 cup quick-cook rice
1/2 cup water
3 Tablespoons chopped green pepper
1 1/2 Teaspoon chili powder
1/2 Tablespoon salt
1/2 Tablespoon garlic salt
3/4 cup shredded sharp American Cheese (3 oz)
Corn chips

Two large roaster pretty full

12 pounds ground beef
1 Gallon size Tomato Sauce
10 15 1/2 oz. cans dices tomatoes
1-2 Cans Rotel type tomatoes
6 cups quick cooking rice
6 cups water
2 gallon size Ranch Style® beans
2 Tablespoons salt
Sprinkle garlic powder to taste
Sprinkle dried onions to taste
30 oz. Shredded cheese
2 regular size bags of Frito Corn Chips®
