QUICK MUSHROOM BEEF or TUNA GRAVY

QUICK MUSHROOM/BEEF GRAVY
from my Mother

1 lb hamburger made into patties
2 cans cream of mushroom soup milk
black pepper

Brown meat patties and drain off grease
With medium to medium-low heat
Add mushroom soup to skillet
Add enough milk to make soup creamy
Add black pepper to taste
Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes

QUICK MUSHROOM/TUNA GRAVY

1 can tuna
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
milk
black pepper

With medium to medium-low heat
Add tuna water and all to skillet
Add mushroom soup to skillet
Add enough milk to make soup creamy
Add black pepper to taste
Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes

Great served with cornbread pancakes!
