PIZZA

Dough:

1 C. warm water
1.5 TSP sugar
2 T. oil
1 Pack yeast (2 T. if granulated)
3 C. flour
1.5 TSP salt

Dissolve yeast in water.
All non-flour ingredients.
Add flour.
Kneed but not too much.
Cover tightly and let rise.
Roll out and put sauce and ingredients on
Cook in oven until done.

Topping

Sauce:

1 8 OZ can of tomato sauce
1 8 OZ can of tomato paste
1/8 TSP thyme
1-3 Cloves of garlic
1 bay leaf
1/4 TSP each caraway seed, rosemary, or oregano

FOR A BETTER TASTE!!
   Replace sauce by ADDING BLENDED FRESH TOMATO(s)
   Let mixture sit several hours or simmer to blend flavors.
