Hot Chicken Salad
Dineen H.

3 Cups cooked bite-sized chicken or turkey
(No skin. Best if baked)
1 Can 10 1/2 oz cream of mushroom soup
1 Cup Real Mayonnaise
2 Table Spoons finely chopped onion
1 1/2 Cup sliced celery
1 1/2 Tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 Cup slivered (toasted) almonds
1/2 Teaspoon black pepper
1 Cup grated cheddar cheese (10 ounce package)
2 Cups crushed potato Chips

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Combine all ingredients except chicken, cheese, and chips
Fold chicken into first mixture
Place in 9 by 13 or so casserole dish.
Top with the cheese then chips
Bake uncovered for 25 minutes

Very excellent meal.
